New World

Ages 11–12
Theme
Arrival & Anchor
Your voice isn't something you earn the right to use after you belong. It's the thing that helps you belong.

Five sessions
5 consecutive days (summer) · once a week for 5 weeks (fall/spring)
  1. 01
    The Room You're Already In
You're already a great communicator. This session takes that same version of you into rooms where nobody knows you yet.
  2. 02
    The Mechanics
Your body talks before you do. Stance, voice projection, and deliberate eye contact — installed, not performed.
  3. 03
    The REAL Pitch
Relatable. Engaging. Authentic. Linked. Your first rep with the framework that runs through every Rhetrix track.
  4. 04
    Two Rooms
What changes when the room moves from in-person to on-camera? Session 4 is where we close that gap.
  5. 05
    Showcase
A live presentation in front of parents. Your first real room, with a real audience, and real applause.
Track 02 · 7th & 8th

Rise Ready

Ages 12–14
Theme
Preparation & Purpose
Built for the anticipatory pressure before high school. The work you do now is the foundation everything next is built on.

Five sessions
5 consecutive days (summer) · once a week for 5 weeks (fall/spring)
  1. 01
    Preparation
How great communicators prepare. The reps, structure, and 80/20 of deliberate practice.
  2. 02
    Purpose
Speaking with intent. What are you trying to do to your audience — and are you actually doing it?
  3. 03
    Story Structure
Hook, relate, stakes, turn, land. The five-part structure borrowed from the writers and sharpened for real rooms.
  4. 04
    The Interview Voice
High school and scholarship interviews. Same REAL Pitch framework, higher-stakes audience.
  5. 05
    Showcase
A 4-minute story performed for parents. Real applause, real feedback.
Track 03 · 9th & 10th

Break Through

Ages 14–16
Theme
Emergence & Identity
The second identity shift. High school is where reputations are made. Build yours on something real.

Five sessions
5 consecutive days (summer) · once a week for 5 weeks (fall/spring)
  1. 01
    Emergence
You're no longer the new student. Your reputation is already being built — this session is about building it deliberately.
  2. 02
    Identity
Authentic presence in rooms with higher stakes. Pillar two in full practice: don't fake it, emerge as yourself.
  3. 03
    The REAL Pitch
The same framework — applied in adversarial conditions. Skeptical audiences, hard follow-up questions, real pressure.
  4. 04
    Hard Rooms
Distracted, hostile, or higher-status audiences. How to hold your presence when the room is working against you.
  5. 05
    Showcase
A 5-minute persuasive speech. Real stakes, real audience, real influence.
Track 04 · 11th & 12th

Full mock interviews in both in-person and virtual formats. The most consequential conversation many students will ever have.
  3. 03
    Leading the Room
Running a meeting, a club, a team. Authority without theater. Collaborative communication at the senior level.
  4. 04
    The TED Voice
How great speakers structure ideas worth spreading. Deployed at college-grade and professional-grade depth.
  5. 05
