Drop-in session
$175
First session of any cohort only, space allowing. If you decide to enroll, the $175 is credited toward your tuition — you pay the difference, not both.

Simple, secure checkout.
Two options at signup: pay in full today, or put $200 down and settle the remaining balance 14 calendar days before your cohort starts. Example: if your cohort starts Monday June 9, the balance is due by Monday May 26. Payment is processed through Stripe's secure checkout — the exact charge, including any card processing fee, is shown before you confirm.

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover accepted through Stripe's secure checkout. A standard card processing fee applies and is shown before you confirm payment.

Refund policy
Straightforward and written down.
$200 deposit is non-refundable
The deposit holds your seat and covers reserved capacity regardless of cancellation.
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before
Cancel more than 14 days before your cohort starts and we'll refund the full remaining tuition balance.
50% refund if you cancel 7–13 days before
Cancel 7 to 13 days before your cohort starts and we'll refund 50% of the remaining balance (beyond the $200 deposit) to your original payment method.
No refund within 7 days of start or after the cohort begins
Cancel fewer than 7 days before your start date, or after the first session has run, and no refund is issued. Tuition is fully earned at that point.
Weather and emergency cancellations: credit forward
If a tornado watch or ice event forces a session cancellation, all tuition is credited forward to your next available session. Credits are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Extension requests: support@rhetrix.com.
If a cohort doesn't fill: full refund, credit, or reassignment
We run with as few as 5 students. If a cohort doesn't reach 5 and cannot run, enrolled families receive a full refund including the deposit, or a full credit toward a future session — your choice.
