Additional Insured
The policy includes a Blanket Additional Insured By Contract endorsement (Form SL 30 32). Any school, church, or venue operating under a written facility use agreement with Rhetrix LLC qualifies as an additional insured for the duration of that agreement. A Certificate of Insurance can be issued naming a specific venue upon request.
What This Covers
Commercial general liability insurance protects enrolled families, venue partners, and the public in the event of a third-party bodily injury or property damage claim arising from Rhetrix program activities. The policy covers Rhetrix LLC operating as a consultant and youth program provider.
This is a liability-only policy. It does not include commercial property coverage.
Notable policy exclusions include cyber incident liability, professional services errors and omissions, and testing or consulting errors and omissions. These exclusions are standard for a general liability policy of this type and do not affect third-party bodily injury or property damage coverage for program activities.
